They’re going to get married. Momentary lapse of doubt for the Stinbatsky  ship. Absolutely, positively, going to get married. Please excuse my previous post about the possibility of them not getting married. I can now go to bed and dream of flowers and rainbows. The world is right-side up again. lol.

” A Birmingham schoolgirl was murdered by health workers in India in a failed attempt to harvest her organs, her devastated parents have sensationally claimed. Gurkiren Kaur Loyal’s family said she was being treated for a simple case of dehydration when staff at a clinic gave her a mystery injection which took her life. … They said they only discovered her organs had been taken...

Not even the middle of May
Money has a funny way of flying away. Far away. Not upwards…but downwards. Where it starts in the air and just skyrockets towards the ground. Budgeting = Presently, a trial and error kind of deal.

What can you tell me about dreams? Is it a way of communicating your deep and tucked-away thoughts of what you cant accept? Is it a space where another’s thoughts can transcend to enter? Or is it a way for Tomorrow to bring forth what is coming in a hazy way - where nothing makes too much sense but in a crazy way, it does? Or is it just a whirlpool canvas of chaotic nothing? Whatever the...

One Woman's Journey From China's Cultural... →
“Her darkest moment came at age 10, when a group of boys chased her down, beat her unconscious and raped her. Rather than counseled and consoled, her peers started a rumor in the camp that she was a “broken shoe”—a Chinese expression for ruined woman. “Many days I thought death would be easier than living,” Fu says. “But I had a little sister. I didn’t know what would happen to her if I was...

Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS)
fuckyeahmedicalstuff: The History of Vagus Nerve Stimulation The vagus nerve, or cranial nerve X, is a part of the autonomic nervous system, which controls functions of the body that are not under voluntary control, such as heart rate and digestion. In the neck, the vagus nerve travels near the carotid artery and jugular vein. Interestingly, neurologists in the 19th century noted that applying...

Body feels heavy. Eyes feel hot. Brain feels not...
YUP. Side effects of adjusting to night shifts. I was lucky to have had preceptors in 4th year who were day shift RNs. I actually had to request for night shifts. So in total, x4 night shifts in one yr. My 5th night shift of the week ends tomorrow morning and the month of April is going to end soon! Ok, useless information posted for my own benefit. Sorry but it was less than half necessary.

Idk what to feel and I understand where the frustration lies because I felt it too but it isn’t fair. At this point, what can I do but be there to, at least, alleviate what you’re feeling? Idk where, why, how, and when but you are here now and all I will do is keep it open and controlled because you don’t deserve my prejudice. I definitely see where it lacked and why it does lack in other...

The ITU Nurse.: A conversation I just had: →
theitunurse: Friend: Dude, how come you don’t wanna be a doc, just out of interest? Me: Being a nurse isn’t a stepping stone to being a Doctor. They are 2 very different professions. Nor do I believe that a Nurse is a person who isn’t smart enough to become a doctor. - I have more time with my patients, I…

For all that its worth, I thanked God for the life that I have been born in to and the people that I have met, are in my life, and who will be in my life today at mass. I dont know why there are those who are born into a life of pain…a life of hurt…a hard life…where all they knew or will know is darkness. It wouldnt be fair to simply think that it is all part of a “master plan” or “it is karma”...
